Mix together kosher salt, black pepper, red pepper, sugar, minced garlic and porcini muchroom powder (make your own) with enough olive oil to form a paste. Rub it all over your rib eye and wrap in plastic for 24 hours. Wipe off the rub and grill over high heat till rare.
You won't be dissapointed

Sounds awesome....I usually just dry rub it w/ Sea Salt, Black Pepper, and Garlic Powder.....But I do LOVE red Pepper

Not sure what I'll be getting....1st Father's Day with my 2 little ones...that's enough for me...but I'm sure the Wife will think of something.....Im giving my Dad 2 Lobsters and some steamers...enjoy!!!
