Thanks guys. I’m still grinning from the catch. Jennifer was excited too... although she started crying when the fish gasped for air. BTW - Whats the best way to “off” the fish.  |

if you are near a tidal pool, take your knife and slit the gills. Then slide the fish in the pool. The fish will pump out blood and pump in seawater- after a few minutes you can pull it out of the pool and move it to high ground... it should be dead by them. When you go to fillet it, it will be clean as a whistle... no bloody fillets. |
