ok i was just wondering how to protect the baby fish that will someday grow up to be the cows that we all dream about.....didnt want to turn this into a political juncket. my biggest concern is that i call and the people that answer the phone dont really care for the fish they just collect a pay check!

Here in California, a piece of the fishs' skin must remain on the fillet of any fish taken so when you're checked by a conservation officer, proof of size is intact. Maybe this is something that should be considered by the powers that be in Ma. RI Ct...although as I originally come from RI this would probably take two generations to come to pass.

take the photo and hand it to the EP..... give them the location and I'm sure they will love handling the situation.... there are not enough EP's to go around but with hard evidence they will prosecute
