one of my mates said he was half way from old street station to goswell road when the explosion occurred - he says 4 minutes later and he would have been right there. his first text was "the c**ts missed me at old street

my brother in law works in the financial district in london and uses the tube exclusivly. trying to get in touch with him, have'nt heard from him yet. needless to say i'm a little worried.

only the Aldgate station near the financial district was hit.
the reports on tv are *kinda* off

edit: bbc is now reporting "over 100 casulties"

edit x2: british army is stopping buses and throwing people off and taping them off.
brighton tube station suspected of having another bomb in it.

if .....France had been chosen for the olympic games in 2012 if they would have been HIT as apposed to London. London has over a million cameras
all over the city...and you can bet that everyone of those tapes for the last week or so are being looked at.

i'm happy for that but very sad for those injured and killed.
