unfortunately, painting, painting painting and replacing trim work on my house........The third weekend marathon trying to update some stuff on my house to help it sell.
Anyone looking for a big house in weymouth? It has an indoor pool!!

Iwanna, an indoor pool?  you sure the house isn't on Nantucket?
I'm going to lake george, NY this weekend with some buddies, they don't fish though, but maybe I could convince them to go on a charter and catch some bass, I know, freshwater sucks, but I wouldn't mind trying it.

Rockport it isn't all that fancy. It is a large saltbox colonial. But nothing fancy. A builder's kids were on a swim team and needed someplace to swim over the winter - dug a foundation and a full size pool below the basement. capped it and had a place for the kids to swim. Then built the house over it a year or two later.
Believe me it is a hell of a luxury - but at a reasonable price. Under 500k
