1st season using them and caught one this past sunday which taped out to 38". others were using dead sand eels on a drift and i decided to cast a 7" black over pearl needle, hit on the first cast, absolutely made my day

Never caught one on a needle. Kind of hard when you don't fish them. Well I shouldn't say never have just been many years since I have used them. I am going to try and change that this year. Paul

50 pounder -- 50 pound lobster pot!  Darn buoy was way too close to the rocks this past weekend. I wanted to swim out and rescue my plug, but I wasn't quite dressed for it, and besides, RRC wouldn't let me. Last time I underestimate how far I can cast. |
The worst day fishing is better than the best day working. ...Wait a minute, my work IS fishing. Sweet.
