I'd have given them the fluke and eaten the black sea bass, those are much better than fluke IMHO.

yeah, but black sea bass is a prized food to chinese. black sea bass steamed with soy sauce, ginger, and scallion... the crimewatchers ate it with my parents.

Nice fish Joe!

I would have kept them all. Next time, try eating the fluke raw. Slice thin, sprinkle with fresh lemon and lime, place in freezer for 10 minutes. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi. YUM!

Sea bass? I NEVER give away sea bass! If it's sea bass, it dies.

Hey, if you're up for it, we'll have to go on an offshore all-you-can-catch-jumbo black seabass trip in January. Yes, January.

u got me. im interested. hope that u arent too busy with other things in jan?

also, i dont know how to prepare black sea bass or know any recipe for it.
