not sure how high your deck is or it's configuration....nor am I sure of you budget.

What about building a small roof like structure free from the deck under the deck. Just a few rafters, some cladding and shingles, shouldn't be too expensive if you are handy.

"shrink wrap" clear-white or blue, same stuff they use to cover boat's....it's tough and hold's up well.used it under deck's, made frame's out of strapping,pipes, covered it, instance storage. even used it to cover a huge deck one winter for a mason so he was inside nice and warm when he layed the bluestone down on the cement slab.

if you happen to poke a hole in it, all you need to do is take another small pc.of wrap, place it over the hole and heat it with a heat gun ...self sticking.

Johnny r should b using it over his flower pot.

learned sometime back that if I didn't bug him, he'd get nervous and got the work done sooner..lower unit is here, all sanded, painted, cleared coated ready to go back on...should get a call pdq.. come on over....not in a hurry to drill hole's in the new stern.....///side's, been killing time in our new yak's fishin the pond's. dang thing's r fun and don't gulp gas./// september's comin an I'll get my killin time in then...all those people will be gone an have free range of my hunting ground's without being followed or get run over in the fog.

BOAT fish do count.
