Hardcore Fishing Adventure This Weekend

My brother (42 yrs old) has finally decided to get married. Seeing he is a little older and wiser than your typical bachelor, the majority of his party will involve fishing. I'm flying our younger brother in from the Windy city thursday morning and the three of us start making our way down to Cape Cod (thu - sun).

Our current plans involve the three of us fishing thurs - friday afternoon. Then on saturday we hook up with our cousin for a charter trip. Saturday night should go just like all parties should. Probably hit Zachary's at some point, etc....

The big surprise is that neither of my brothers know that I just purchased a new boat! They think we are either surf fishing or trying to take a 16' whaler out thurs-fri. If weather/wind stays as predicted, my plans are for some night fishing out at MV late thursday into friday. Then maybe try our luck for some tuna in Cape Cod Bay.

I've been planning this long weekend for 9 months now and I'm psyched thats it finally here. Hopefully I can get my two brothers into some decent fish. Our younger brother last fished freshwater ~3 years ago.

Check out the small gift we're giving him too. OTW did a great job with these.

Mike, once the brothers get a glimpse of that new ride of yours, even the ladies at Zacharies won't drag them out of the water!

> You're going to need to find a way to combine the two events!

> Hope you guys run into some nice fish. Looks like the weather is going to cooperate! Look forward to some nice pics next week.

Was supposed to work a full day today but just can't stand it anymore. I need to go home now and triple check my packed coolers and tackle inventory. I'm sure I'll find something I'm missing and need to take a last minute M&D's run. I'l make sure to post pics (fishing related hopefully) by sunday.

Best of luck to you all Mike
Sounds like a good time.

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.

Sweet Mikey, It figures, I will not be around tomorrow so I will have to catch up with you Tuesday. A tuna to top it off, can't beat that! What was the verdict, did Tom have a clue about the new ride? Glad to hear it was a good trip/time!
