I dont even like eating crab (dont care for lobster either)

but my grandfather was about as happy as I have ever seen him when I dropped off his present.

My son went out with his buddy yesterday and brought home a bunch.

Nobody told him that when you use the garbage disposal, you outta run the water a little bit

So I had to do a little de- cloggin.

But, we got some nice crab cakes out of em.

Good lookin' crab cakes..... I may just have to go out and get some this weekend..... (that is at a local restaurant with a cold draft beer!)

*btw: interesting deshelling method with the garbage disposal. Funny enough, it would appear that I bought the same model yesterday. Glad to see it works well on shellfish as I haven't yet installed it!
