Chum is unreal. He actually didn't show me those plugs till we got there - probably thought I would push him out of the car and run off with the box of plugs.
VB, Slip and everyone else I met and talked to, thanks for making us feel welcome. The evening was great - the plugs, the presentation and everything.
It was worth the trip. The raffle prize made it even more amazing.
Hope to visit again soon.

VB,
We stopped by the Canal and did get some bass. Nothing real big, but lots of fun.
I bought all of 6 tickets. Had to have enough for gas back home. As I told you earlier in the evening, I'm not used to winning anything. My luck seems much better up there.
Thanks again.

Thanks for all the comps...what a great Plug Nite you Mass bassers have. Got to see old friends and new pluggage. Learned some more plug fishing tech from Flaptail's presentation and even caught some fish at the Canal after the meeting.

One of your evil Canal bushes snuck up behind me during a cast and snagged my jig so it snapped off into the dark water. Luckily it was one of those big Storm pogies and not a custom plug.
Arne P was so lucky he doesn't loose anything to the Canal gods and he even found a perfect Gibbs mac.pattern pencil popper in the rocks
