Storm Wildeyes/Tsunami Shad
I would like to resort to a Storm Wildeye or Tsunami shad at nite but I usually resort to bait/plugs like eels, rigged sluggos, needlefish and dannys.
I have only tried them a nite once with no hook up and neither did anything else that nite. I do not hear any mentioned of these being used at nite in this forum.
So my question is, do Wildeyes produce at nite ?

There are tons of baitfish (2" to 6") if only the fish can hit the one with the hook.

Naw, you wasted your money on 'em. Send them to me and I'll give 'em a decent burial
I probably have 3 double Plano boxes crammed with the things, and I ONLY fish at night

Get a big Sharpie marker and color them in all black....works for me once in awhile at night.

Caught my first striper on a pearl-colored one. But it was the only time I've ever hooked up with one.

The worst day fishing is better than the best day working. ...Wait a minute, my work IS fishing. Sweet.

Victor, they work. Sometimes with a gazillion small pogies in the water you're lucky to get a hit on anything. It's frustrating when it sounds like someone is throwing boulders in the water and they won't hit anything even an eel....

If anyone can find them, the pearl 4" curly tails are killer when the tiny peanuts are getting chowed down in a blitz, if it's in close as they dont have much weight to them. A teaser with it will get half of the hook ups. Lemme know if you find some, I'll take two packs. I gotta figure how to get those little curlys out there......

The Storm sardine color works well at night. Last June I picked up my first couple surf cod bouncing one on the bottem.
