long story...short version...saw a split in the stern bottom this spring...stuck a flatbar in it and peeled the stern skin right off....guy that had it before me had the motor well filled in,,3" x20",,but instead of just patching in the hole the bone heads took a skillsaw to the whole stern skin and cut it off..when they put it back, they only over lapped the new glass by a 1/2"..and the water that had settled in the bottom froze over the winter and it split..so I got the sawall out and cut the entire stern out and 3' into the inside....month and a half later[everynite after work and every weekend] it's done.. new motor's hung,,but the mech..grandmother showed up so now it won't get fired off till next tue. nite....which is fine cause it's not going to get thrown together just so I can use it for the weekend...waited this long..few more day's won't kill me.

BOAT fish do count.
