So the weather's gonna suck; that much I gather. But would it really be death-defying to head to SoCo for some daytime fishing?

NO there will be plenty of safe places to fish, especially durring the day.

i was on vacation this week (allways a crap shoot planning a vacation around the tides this time of year) , got out fishing all 5 mornings this week , it started slow but ended today with a massacre , this weekend (with the bad weather) i am going to drink and sleep late
