I thought that it went well. I had what I thought was a good answer for every question. They smiled and nodded at some of my answers and acknowledged the depth of my experience. I admitted to what I considered my weaknesses and told them outright that I would expect training in their policies and procedures. I'd also expect to draw on their "tricks of the trade". I won't know anything for two weeks, they're just begining the process to find a new hire. The suspense is gonna kill me. And once again thanks for the support everyone, I envisioned all of you behind me the whole time.
