They only became available barely 2 months ago. I have a pair and so far have been pleased with them.

thats all??? i just picked up a pair of mustad stainless pliers and they suck wang.

might be time to go high end

They just arrived here maybe 3 weeks ago. I've never seen a product take so long to come to market. They better be good after all that waiting. I've got several in stock if anyone wants to take a closer look.

I was gonna walk up to Orvis to check them out, but they haven't recieved them yet, but Pete G. has them, go figure
Back to Newport I guess

Used hard and put away dirty....

I took a look at the pliers at Saltwater Edge and they looked nice.

However, and Pete G maybe you should inquire further about this as a dealer, I just got a response e-mail back from Orvis customer service stating that Replacement Cutting Blades are NOT available. But the pliers are covered by the Orvis 100% unconditional warranty.

But I still wouldn't buy them without the ability to get new blades.
