Yes on 1...
no on 2...

Although as far as reports go ONE of the shops that reports in I know for a fact does report accurate info, as it has burned my time/tide/location more than once

Wildwood outfitters put my name in thier reports a few times without asking me.. some of the info was correct(fish info), and some was fabricated(locations).
