Black superstrike darter, but retreive it with a jerk here and there. Works for me when lobsters are present. I actually have thought of modifying one this winter to make it a little more realistic ....

I have to admit I've thought about it more than once.

This morning I cleaned a fish for a friend of mine, approx 15-18# and pulled 6 snapper blues 3-6.5" long and one partially digested mullet. It was unbelieveable, I never expected to find that much wedged in there.

Mullets make me go weak in the knees, especially when paired with an IROC-Z and a pearl white jacket like Don Johnson on Miami Vice.

The worst day fishing is better than the best day working. ...Wait a minute, my work IS fishing. Sweet.
