TONIGHT... E WINDS 20 TO 25 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 KT. SEAS 10 TO 15 FT. RAIN LIKELY. PATCHY DRIZZLE AFTER MIDNIGHT. PATCHY FOG AFTER MIDNIGHT. VSBY 1 TO 3 NM...DECREASING TO 1 NM OR LESS AFTER MIDNIGHT.
