Last night, I was several places with my partner from Westerly to 'Gansett. We fished with and spoke to 15 hardcore surfmen and we only saw 1 15lb fish caught. By my partner.
I cault a 51.5" fish two years ago that was just shy of 45lbs weighed in about 8 hours after catch....I sure thought it was a fifty
