Ah sheetock. I pulled down and replaced every piece of rock in my house several years ago. I did all the work myself demo and finish. That was enough for a life time. Hope never to do it again. Looks good Karl

Karl....when I moved into my then new house in "80" my wife and I had an agreement. She got the first and second floor and the cellar was mine. And its still that way.

Ah Karl if my wife ever saw those pictures she would be all over my ass to do the same thing and you know I ain't got that kinda time what with fishin and all. Jeez why did you have to go and do something like that for? Jeez, double jeez. Pics like that make me feel giulty. She has been after me for years to do that. Jeez, I gotta go fishin and shake off the guilt now. Kripes sakes, Jeez!!!!

Thanks Slip, yeah stairs are done, (wood, cut my risers, and stuff today, and installed). I'll post a pic tomorrow, just in from Lowell, looooong night, but another win for the kids team 
Flap, sorry, but, in a way it's all your fault  ... I had to do something while I was waiting for you to call about that boat ride, Aug, Sept, Oct..... no call 
... had to do something to pass the time
fishing, yeah, got some of that in too...  |

I know what you mean Karl but I have not been out in my boat since early September. Fishing for me sucked this year ( cept for tuna but it ain't my boat). It ain't ova yet but I hear someone singing very softly. The weather sure hasn't cooperated. Just when it looked like it could get good on the beach, wham, 8 days of wind , rain and run-off. Oh well there still is a little time. |

I hear ya Flap, I've had a couple of "good nights", and chased a lot of skunks.
Slip, here's the stairs, nothings "finished yet, might end up with a runner, will decide later. That funky closet door under the stairs, and the little doorway near the chimney cleanouts... thinking of getting some WP4 and building them outta that... what U think
