Karl, have you been to Nauset to see what the wind and surf has done? I was out looking at some beaches this way earlier(Nauset Light, Coast Guard, the Hollows) and they took a beating.
I'm heading to DD to grab a coffee and then go to Nauset and check it out, snap a few pics too probably.

Sustained 20 here, with justs to 35 (measured) it is WINDY!

Still pretty windy in Truro, birds, millions of 'em, going apeshirt bayside.Can't dig the fish out for the tons and tons of eelgrass!  What would you do? Tried skipping a Kastmaster.

Cape Dawg... middle trail at Nauset if FULL of water.
about 35 feet of beach is gone down at the Chatham point.
some washovers, lots of that typical "bulldozer" berm that ya get after an easterly.

Hey Jake, how's it going? I saw them birds working bayside here too. Here's what ya do. Go to the Oysterfest instead of battling eel grass
I'm thinking of heading down and checking it out, seeing as it isn't another waterlogged day
