I've had this happen to me. Apparently, changing the file name doesn't work.
I've not been able to figure it out.

I had the same problem...re-size the picture...just change it a little and rename it and you will be all set!

ive seen this before
the trick was back then to open your art program and add a pixel to the origional to fool the computer into thinking its a different file.
