Well the boat is gone and it appears I'll have a signed P&S and deposit on the house Monday. I fell into a sweat appartment today in Duxbury, brand new renovation, large back yard (reads room for boat), private but attached to main house, but the lady of the house is a sweatheart. I know I'll dig the old man, his backyard and green thumb match my own. I'll have access to their basement, so maybe I can swing storage and future bait pouring
. Best of all it's easy money, clean with new appliances and I won't have to think about jack XXXX for a while.
Moving isn't going to be fun, but I'm excited to get out of my present situation and move on. There will be pickings outside my house for a few weeks, cedar closet goes out tomorrow, the more the pickers take, the less I have to have hauled away
