I've been a hardcore Surffisherman most of my life. However, when we took on Wilderness Systems Kayaks and saw the number of guys and gals fishing from kayaks I gave it a try. Endended up being a lot of fun. Found that you could fing fish that were inexsessile to both boaters and surfcasters. Just another way to diversify your fishing methods. Still love my Surffishing but it's a gas to be pulled around by a big fish.

Boot Man, Tarpon 140, 160i or Cobra Fish and Dive would be the best bets for a guy your size. These boats new and fully fish rigged go from around $700 to $1200 depending on configuration (with or without rudder). It is strongly recommended test driving a kayak before purchasing. At King Cove we will let you try any yak you're interested in.
