A 93A lawsuit may be the best way to go. It would intitle you to triple damages plus court costs plus legal fees if you won. You seem worried about the jerks reaction, don't be Jerks like that exsist because decent business men like you don't feel comfortable going after them. Go get him and he will fold like any other bully. I did an internship when I was in school at the consumer protection agnecy for Rhody.
