There are not only diamonds on the top and bottom as usual , but there are also diamonds on the two sides. In rod building its funny. A single has two rows of diamonds and a double like this one has four rows. The one I made Slipknot for ;last years tournament prize is called a quad which has 8 rows of diamonds.
That rod is an Allsatr 1265/2. Its simply awesome. I think its a perfect rod for throwing eels in the surf. It'll also cast lighter plugs and throw a 2 OZ Kastmaster almost to Block Island from East Beach (I said almost
