Digital cameras are not at everyones disposal.

I suggest that there be a single point of contact such as a cell phone number to call if you catch a keeper.

That person would then let you know if there were any previous keepers caught that day.

or

if you have a S-B member to witness at the time of phone call.

or

arrange a spot to meet to verify after it was verbally confirmed.

or

whatever the receipent of call chooses.

Then again Afterhours is hosting competition, what does he think

It was a floating rock fish, not sure if that matters -- didnt to Denis anyways (not DZ btw). No newspaper, but we have fresh snow
