has anyone used them for reel repair , my stradic 2500 is getting a little noisey , its my work horse being the lite tackle nut that i am and it gets a lot of use its only 2 seasons old , i rinse off and dry every trip and oil a couple times a season . i'm sure it could use new drag washers but i'm not sure why its noisey

Belsans is good! I don't have a reel like you mention, but they keep Penn Senators cranking like new.

I work at belsans an also have all my reels serviced through them. We have a super mechanic we call paul the reel guy who does all of our work. This guy is amazing. You should see some of the reels this guy has to deal with . He is good at making things work even if the part is no longer made or something like that.

Belsans is a great shop (I should ask if they want to be sponsors) and Pete is a great guy and one of two go to shops for me when I was in Braintree (and all me eel biz when I lived up there). Paul, the guy that does the reels is a guy I've used through other shops - every reel I've sent him has been pretty stinking good....

Thumbs up belsan's is great

I bought my new house so that I could be closer to Belsan's!!
Now if they would complete the damn bridge already!!!

I have had my penn reel serviced there and am pleased with it.
I will be doing it again.

There is a fine line that seperates a fisherman from a fool standing in water swinging a stick.
