i just had to eat crow with my neighbors choice of oil burner service providers so that our oil furnace stands protected against a catistrophic break down....(fewer companies are providing this service it seems)......which only happens on the coldest day on record of course...but it's been a good lesson for me...because now when i build my own home, ..... i will not be installing an oil burner.
