Definitely report him, let somebody know about what transpired. Let the authorities make the decision whehter or not they will follow up. Best case scenario, he is on a watch list or is a person of interest. Worst case scenario he spends a couple hours of his life explaining he is not a terrorist. The safety and security of your family and those other Americans at that game far outweigh any inconvenience your actions will cause.
