When I was in basic training I saw a guy in our barracks do that and burned all the hair off of his A$$. He had some second degree burns and when the DI found out how he got them he gave him an Article 15 for damaging government property... no lie.
No boat, back in the suds.

Sunburnt the $h!t out of the top of my feet.Art.15 and a months pay.
