Can someone recap the rules so far please?. I would also like to be in this,but want to make sure im not missing anything ,like "fish must be caught in your home state only"(yes,that was a lighthearted jab at you cape cod boys) .Other than that I'm game. Home made plugs only ,correct? Also, we are going by length? or weight? as someone said "longest fish" earlier,or am i reading it incorrectly. Sorry if these are stupid questions. My point is dont make it so confusing that some new guys may feel even more intimidated.

i think the rules are loosely as follows-

longest fish wins, so weigt is not a factor.

only fish caught on your plug qualify- no plastic, Gibbs, etc..

shore fish only, or have 2 divisions - shore and boat

there will be a signup time and a cut off date to enter.

nebE I think one of your rules may be wrong. I believe it states custom wood. (could be made by another builder)

Over the Last Several Years HAB'S NEEDLEFISH Have Caught More "Confirmed" 30, 40, 50, and even 60 pound Striped Bass than any other Wooden Needlefish on the Market today. 2 Over 50lbs. and 1 Over 60lbs. in 2005 alone........... "HOOK UP WITH HAB'S" Your Best Bet For BIG BASS.....
