we talkin spices or hot sauce?
My favorite spice is chipolte. The ground dry kind. I add it to everything. Its gives a smoky bite to burgers and steaks and adds a little kick to barbecue rubs. I dont think its reall hot, but some people do. I just love the taste.

Spices.....nothing beats Garlic.
Then I love Fresh Basil
I'm a big fan of Cajun Food.....so White Pepper and Cayenne Pepper also deserve mention.

Next time anyone of you is down Cape in Truro check out Cape Cod Spice CO. it's located at the split of 6 and 6A in Truro. Unbelievable.
Ukranian Paprika, Provence, you name they have in all quantities.
They are not open on Sunday. I was there last week.
Good stuff, rerasonable prices and things you can't get anywhere else. Thier tea selections are insane.
