hard shell clams

This has bin a good winter to shellfishing no ice.It's good medicine for cabin feever.

Scoobe,
Red Stripe is my usual brew with clams. Happened that I was all out but had a half-open bottle of wine and it's just as good or better, IMHO.

I'm awaiting the next low-course tides to try for those Big CC Bay Sea Clams. Have to be careful around them though...

Great pic! When I was a kid, we used to gather up those sea clams by the bucketfuls.....on a low tide during full moons.....we called them "moon clams"...great chowder.....
