Have you see the video tape of the 3 or 4 cops kicking & punching the guy they were chasing will he is on the ground..I think they went a little over board there to...  |

From that video, it looks like the cop was dead wrong. BUT why are are people running from the cops? When the blue lights go on PULL OVER, and none of this would of happened. Kinda similar to the kid recently killed in Plymouth.
Playing devils adovate - what if the guy on ground looked to be reaching for a weapon?

If the guy was reaching for a weapon the deputy was at fault for not frisking him. It didn't look like any attempt at reaching for a weapon to me though. |
