I still can't beleive that between the first bombing , the Cole bombing , then 9/11, that we did not respond with force on 9/12.
We should be better than that.

It takes time to plan military operations.You just cant go the following day. The military doesn't do stuff half ass, they get a plan in place and then kick ass. You cant go the day after, its unrealistic when you have not drawn up a plan yet. With Bush he got a plan in place and went to work...With the stuff that happend under Clinton, well he just didnt do anything, ever it seemed.
