The guy was doing a push up to get off the ground, even if he had a weapon there is plenty of time for the officer to pounce on his back. Make no mistake the officer coldly, and calculatedly shot that man, the video does'nt lie, and I am pretty sure it was a witness to the whole thing that shot the video, not some dashboard cam in a cruiser.
