when i look down

i can see the whole valley is flooded
where it used to be just a small creek...
rained like crazy here...
i swear we woulda had more than a foot of snow
if it was colder...the last few days...
and when the earth is brown instead of white
it soaks up allot more heat
and hastens spring all that much faster.

EL Nino and La Nina

Spanish for little boy and little girl.

Unusually warm and cold waters off the coast of Chile. Has to do with water from the pacific being forced up towards that coast. Goes in multi year cycles from warm coastal waters to cold coastal water west side of south America. Apparently has a big effect on our precipitation in the north east but not sure it has anything to do with our warm weather this year in the north east.

Its also portuguese . I know cause my uncle used to call my mother Nina meaning little girl (He was older than her)

if you correlate more bait on the move because of rippled
waters providing them camoflage....than fishing when it's predicted to rain is more productive....and what my calender does is list the days
where precipitation is predicted long before a weather forcast does.
it goes hand in hand with planting anything too....same =>best times.

Wink you jest...

if you believe in a magnetic flux surrounding
a magnet.... then you have to believe that
planets having that same flux could affect
the earths flux...(the earth is a ball magnet)

same as how the moons flux also known
as gavitational pull affects the tides on earth.
the dates listed mean "more probable" and
its never written in stone , its an influence.

Raven I was out most of the time and I figured I'd just keep track, and you were on point. It was much easier on some of those nights. Other nights it was a steady thing, stupid even.. then the following days nada... barren.

barren

is the key word and it is the term used astrologically for days when
the water /earth signs are not favorable.... for fishing...or for planting....
which doesnt mean
that you won't catch a fish that night or day but you might have to try
something a bit different to catch...because the behavoir of the fish changes
according to barometric pressure.(in addition to other factors ,obviously)
I remember having this very cool tropical fish....(i mentioned this once before i think)
it was called a chocolate ghost knife....
and it looks kinda like a mini porpoise almost.

this picture is of is a black ghost knife.....

well that sucka would be doing loop dee loops in my fish tank when my chart
indicated a good fishing day.....and on the barren days it
would just be laying around as if resting....... i checked this over and over
and over until all i had to do was see one loop dee loop and i was grabbing my
fishin gear and flyin out the door. i miss that fish.
he was my
weatherman and was insanely accurate and extremely intelligent it seemed,
and with that ice auger shaped bottom fin could swim both forward and backwards.
ANYONE HAVE ONE OF THESE????

I used to have one, cool little fish, it lived a fairly long time too. Maybe I need another one for fishing reasons...

Arrow they die of loneliness

in a fish tank...so make sure you get two...
they also need a ceramic tube or great places to hide.
they are like mini porpoises i tell ya....
they have a greater need for companionship!!
they eat best on tubliflex worm cubes or the fresh ones..
i'll be having them again...just not here..
one whole wall will be a tank when i'm done.
when i'd feed them behind a wall of conk shells
and abaloni shells ..the fish would girate its tail and make
the food come to him via self created water currents which
i thought was rather unique.

"Gravitational pull" has nothing to do with magnetic flux.

perhaps it doesn't

its all unseen phenomenon anyways..
ya cant see it ,touch it, or smell it...

but..theres so many sun spots though ,(Geomagnetic Storms)
that create worldwide disturbance of the Earth's magnetic field
with all of that solar activity....

someday using the Zeeman Effect and computers we'll be able to see
All the planetary spectral lines in response to magnetic fields.

It'll be used to measure magnetic field strengths on the Sun and on
all other astronomical objects like on the star trek show

That is when "Astrology" (the positioning of planets)
which is a "2000 year old science" will be
able to show some sort of correlation...

undiscovered force fields, different from electric,
magnetic, and
gravitational fields could have a profound effect on the earth.

Our current knowledge of physics does not appear to preclude the
existence of these different force fields which, if they exist, could
have dramatically different properties from the gravitational, electric,
and magnetic fields we "observe" in the macro world.

Consider also that essentially all the light on Earth comes from an
external source. Strength of light on Earth is therefore highly dependent
on planetary rotation, position of the planet in orbit,
rotation of the sun, etc.

Any unknown field or related phenomena could well also originate from
an external source and therefore also be affected by similar conditions.

If the fields of Earth and Jupiter were both approximately represented by
bar magnets at the planet's center,
then Jupiter's magnet would be about 20,000 times stronger.

Jupiter's magnetic axis, like the Earth, is slightly offset from the rotation axis,
but while Jupiter and Earth (and other planets) spin in the same sense,
the magnetic polarity of Jupiter is the opposite of Earth's.

All four giant planets--Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune
--were visited by Voyager 2. All four have magnetic fields
much stronger than the Earth's, in the sense defined above for Jupiter.

so i dont care if we call it gravitational pull or magnetic forces
i just know the forces are there...somethings working
and i've proven it to myself
enough times to trust in it.
So i do..

Flux

Raven do that have anything to do with a flux capacitator? I no where there is one real cheap. The magnets have been stripped out of it so it is easy lifting.

just recently Catfish have been shown to predict earthquakes
much like barn animals getting restless just before a tremor
or two....but a catfish in a tank can have a photosensitive beam
that'll send out a signal to alert researcher's that somethings about to happen
