NO proplem there, what set's me off is the fact that the small com. guy's don't like playing by the rules either. alot are going way beyond the three mile line, their mind set is I've been fishin for 40 yr.'s an no one is going to tell me where and when I can fish. Theres one x-chartter capt. who has been trying to get the ezz line moved out to 12 miles just so his friends can fish their spots with out having them having to be looking over their shoulder all the time for the coast guard. I best be off this this subject before I get someone p***** off. and besides I babble to much anyway.
