LOL! The guys names is Dr. Jeckle!!!
Looks like a scam I find it interesting that a spray alone can emit UV radition without any energy source. It might be able to reflect UV light but since there is none at night it will not work!

You know can make your own ultraviolet spray?
Just have a big glass of water, lay in the in the sun for an afternoon and then take a leak into a spray bottle.
It's a little known fact that rays from the sun that are absorbed in your skin condense inside your kidneys, resulting in urine that comes out high in ultraviolet radiation. No need to pay the high prices they want for this stuff.
You can hook up with a tanning salon if you want to get commercial quantities: Just ask them to not to flush and to call you when the bowl is full. A couple of guys on the Cape are all over this, Dr. Jeckle can expect some serious competition from the home pissers this Spring. I'm a little P.O.d' I did not think of it first.

listening to bill Dance
in the back ground...
talking about a bass's sense of hearing
and how it works..
hearing sound ,and feeling sound
called the sense of touch from a distance..
using its whole skin to assist its inner ear
since they have no opening like us...
and lateral lines to sense its pray
a very large striped bass has a whole
bunch of skin to make use of
in that regard... A sensor array !
