Also a section about the vanguard of many who are crossed over the last bar now.

I understand the towns make alot of their $$ from the beach, but its a loosing battle. Let the sea take the land. With global warming and glacial melting, all seaside communities are facing the same delema. The sea is "taking" the land. The earth continues to "evolve"

Well, now it's like locking the barn after the horse has been stolen.
I have seen first hand what christmas trees, snowfence, grassplanting, some creative sand relocating, can do if maintained. Unfortunately, the towns conscoms stopped this activity a decade or so ago, and we watched all that had rebuilt, slide away, without the nurturing from us.
