Well, now it's like locking the barn after the horse has been stolen.
I have seen first hand what christmas trees, snowfence, grassplanting, some creative sand relocating, can do if maintained. Unfortunately, the towns conscoms stopped this activity a decade or so ago, and we watched all that had rebuilt, slide away, without the nurturing from us.
