Just came back from the show. Wow, looks like a will never own a new boat. Oh well, I like mine with experience. I had to park in my secound free parking area because everyone was in the one I poisted. Did anyone see those Southport's? Looked nice. I also liked the 36 Albermale.

Hey Van, was that you I saw perched up at the helm of that big Grady? You were all over that thing like white on rice. I'm thinking you must have bought it because you had your shoes on!
Oh mama! The price tag on some of that stuff!

Sure was, WHAT A MACHINE !!!! I almost bought it, but I was just shy on funds, about 490K shy !!!!!!!
But it was definately the sweetest boat I saw there.
To dream is nice. Whaler as always had some nice rides too.
Fountains are incredible, but thats not my style....
I also noticed lots of manufacturers are teaming up with merc...

To dream sure is nice. I saw a kayak that I might be able to afford if I start saving now.

I think most of those manufacturers teaming up with Merc are owned by Merc.

Well,
Spent a few hours there this afternoon. Parked at Carson beach for zip, thanks QD.
One of the things that caught my eye was the 26 Albin. Me being a straight inboard guy. But 93 to 115 depending on engine......will have to hit that megamillions.
I could never be a salesman....some of the stuff they say. Like when I ask a repower guy how much more fuel efficent a Crusader 350 MPI is compared to the 260HP carberated Mercruiser mid 90's engine I have now he says 30-40% better............my arse, I may buy 10-15%...
