Amen VF and there are alot of them out there. In the last 16 years I've been taken every which way you could imagine. And I bet some you never even thought of.
Now instead of oweing me $800.00 he owes me $2400.00 triple damage right to collections it goes and I am going to talk to detectives to see if I can file a Larceny complaint against him he has to be the biggest Idiot out there I will not let this go away I wrote the original $800.00 off so now its all about the screwing him over and getting my money back I cant feel bad for this looser he brought it all on himself by stealing my money.
Deposit to someone in there name allways the company name its easier to put a stop on the check if they put it through there account once you write a check to there name they run right too your bank and cash it no recourse.
