I thank you guys for doing it last year, and I certainley understand you not doing it again for free. Compensation should be considered, that "demo" is a lot more work, (set-up, tear-down, time spent), than a "seminar".. the difference being demo=free, seminar=$$
I have done a bunch of seminars and did the show last year, preparing for a seminar takes a lot of prep time also, it may not have the tear down, set up but then again you didn't have to be "on" while turning plugs. So let's dispel that myth here and now. As for those guys getting paid to do it, yes they should, just as anyone putting on any kind of demo or seminar should.

They were asked and volunteered and they sold a few plugs as well if I remember correctly too. I saw Slip demo'ing and selling some he hed brought. Honesty should be applied here. Kind of a vendor/demo thing happening there so some kind of rules should be in place for that but that's MSBA's problem. But as to the guy's bringing in %$%$%$%$ to set up and work with and getting paid, yes they should. That that corner
being crowded and also being next to the S-B.COM booth it was gathering place for the usual suspects on this board to congregate swap lies and have a laugh. I spent a lot of time there and most guys were sitting in little groups doing that too, shooting the chit.

Why even try.........
