Sharky - welcome to S-B, I was one of the early members over there but I honestly haven't been online there in a while - good to see he's doing well...

October can be excellent here when the weather cooperates and one of the best places to be is southern Mass/Buzzards Bay area and Rhode Island... A link to the Mass Public Access Ramps is around here in the boating section somewhere... What size boat do you have? Things can be REAL SNOTTY that time of year and will determine where you can go... To give you an idea, when I was talking to a member here a couple weeks ago he was telling me about a friend of his that said his new 38 footer really didn't go any faster in the snot than his 25 Grady did but it took the waves over the bow and helm much better - just to give you an idea...
