a good read , this is why we need to do are part , join the recreational fishing alliance , short money and they are one of the leading forces trying to stem the tide of this greed . you don't have to be a radical activist (chain your self up ect.) just join and every once and a while they send out pre printed post cards to be sent to various politicians voiceing our oppinion on various bill that all support rec. fishing , sign it, put a stamp on , mail it , it takes 30 seconds and its for the beterment of all (except corpret greed)
