I don't really throw eels at all.when i get in the water i like em cause i don't like dealin with trebles an a bag an all that stuff.i like to keep it simple.90% of all my fishing is with lures.I 'm not a fan of the ban tho kinda reminds me of the oil embargo.Watch eels will be 4.00 per when its lifted.

No effect to me, I pretty much fish artificals only.

Time and Place, there is a time and place for everything and if eels were banned, I'd miss them...

Most of my 30+ poung fish have been on eels but my most dramatic strikes have been on plugs.

While the intiial learning curve on eels is easier than that of plugs, there are many nuances in fishing eels just as there are in the various forms of plugging.

And everyone looks good on a Breachway

Not so much...

Actually, It would be a relief. I KNOW I should fish eels. But I really like plugging. No eels means no conundrum (sp). Plus NOW maybe I can outfish shadow.

Looks like you won't have to worry about it for this season.
