Delta lathe question

Does anyone own a Delta LA200 Shopmaster Mini-Lathe? If so, how do you like it?

Amazon has them for $269.99, free shipping, $30 rebate and $40 coupon making it $199.99 total shipped. Curious...may treat myself.

If not, Amazon has the Jet 708351B/JML-1014 14" Mini Lathe for $279.99, Less a $25 rebate, then the $40 coupon and Free shipping, making it $214.99. Maybe this one?

What accessories will I "need" as I've only used a Grizzley.

Thanks!

I had one and thought it is a great lathe. Big Fish owns it now as I use a full size model now.

I don't think they would make them faster. Plus you have the price differrence between a wood lathe and a gear head lathe.

Its called a wood lathe for a reason.Or metal lathe for a reason. Each is designed for a particular use i can cut very light cuts on metal on my wood lathe but nothing like the real thing and visa versa.
